For most of us it is Winter and nothing sounds better than a Beach Party some place warm and sunny! So grab you board, towel snacks, and sun screen so you can join in the fun. The final month of 2008 began with DT asking if anyone had moved so that she could get started on her Christmas cards as well as a chat reminder from Cyranose. Axie was inspired by his Molsen bottles to ask the burning question of which would you prefer: Ugly hero or sexy villain?

Birthday wishes went out to RedStorm.

Calico had a bunch of questions about Christmas plans, cards, shopping, and most importantly of all graphics. Flipper and BT answered the graphics questions with some links.

E! thanked the forum for all the support she’s received during this tragic time with the death of her roommate Greg as well as the passing of Dixie’s stepmother.

It was time for another chat reminder. Cyranose told us that finals were over and how he’s been experiencing some pain in his left arm possibly from carpal tunnel. Axie asked if we’d rather always wear a cape or a kilt? Manto asked for addresses. ‘shana was excited that it was snowing.

Innocent celebrated her birthday in true Deb U style.

Lorel asked if anyone has a favorite charity that they like to donate to at this time of year. On a sidenote, Beck asked if anyone from Deb U is on LiveJournal and gained some "new" friends.

Calee let us know that her family’s move to Oklahoma is complete. Ok so they still need to find a permanent place to live and unpack, but they made it safely!

November Stats were posted by Team Hawkeye. It was a relatively busy month, especially with all the birthdays. Congrats to Bluetopaz for being #1 poster for the month.

Omarsnake snuck into Deb U for a birthday celebration.

Calico informed Deb U on the passing of Majel Roddenberry.

Tuesday night is chat night.

Calico wished Deb U a Merry Christmas.

Antares celebrated her birthday; starting her holidays a few days early while Calico extended the holidays with her birthday.

Antares wanted to know if anyone was making any resolutions for 2009.

Even with the holidays, Deb U found time for chat. Calico said how much she enjoyed the new banner. Beck wished everyone a Happy New Year. Axie shared a Bruce Campbell tidbit and posed this question: Which would you prefer for a sidekick, a blind monkey or a parrot that swears?

Lorel also wished Deb U a Happy New Year!

That wraps up 2008. Hopefully 2009 is a better one for all of Deb U and their families!
